The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop suggests Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will get engaged.
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will question Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) about his feelings for Tessa. Plus, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will mope and Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will meet with Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell).
Y&R spoilers tease Abby will be upset by her husband’s admission. Devon will tell Abby he’s her friend and wouldn’t do anything to hurt her. “Really?” Abby will respond. “Because this feels like a betrayal.” She’ll storm out of there, with Chance in tow.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Christine Asks If He’ll Testify In Court
A few minutes later, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will arrive at his door. He’ll see that Devon is down in the dumps and will encourage him to go out for a run with him. The endorphins will do him some good. He’ll hesitate but Nate will finally talk him in to it.
Meanwhile, Abby will tell Chance that Devon is just trying to play on his insecurities. But he’ll tell her Devon is right. He’s having nightmares about the explosion in Spain. Christine will arrive and she won’t have good news. She’ll tell them gestational issues are a legal grey area. Christine will say the signed document will hold some weight but she’ll ask if Chance will testify in court that he’s capable of being a father to Dominic. He’ll say he can’t.
After Christine leaves, Chance will tell Abby he’s broken. “It’s like a black hole is ripping out my energy.” Abby will say if they give in to Devon, what will stop him from asking for more time later. “Think about what we could gain if we just allow that man to spend time with him every week,” Chance will counter. Then Abby will call Devon. “Chance and I have talked and if you’re up for it, we’d like to meet with you again,” she’ll say. But will they work something out?
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nick Notices How Noah Looks At Her
At Crimson Lights, Nick and Noah will run some ideas for New Hope. Mariah will listen and provide some comedic banter. Tessa will show up and Noah will look at her longingly. She’ll tell Mariah she needs to meet with her publicity people at Society and needs her help. Nick will mention that Noah seemed deflated after they left and he’ll ask his son if he still has lingering feelings for Tessa. Noah will deny it, but he’ll ask Nick if Mariah noticed.
Finally, Mariah will be surprised when she and Tessa enter an empty restaurant that’s decorated for an occasion. Tessa will get down on one knee. “I can’t remember a moment when I didn’t want this,” Tessa will say. “I’m so lucky to be the woman that loves and is loved by you. Marry me, Mariah.” But Mariah will say she can’t. “Before I answer your question, there is something that I have to tell you.” She’ll ask Tessa to stand up and she’ll tell her girlfriend she literally brought her back to life. “So, I say yes. To a lifetime of us. Yes, yes, yes I will marry you.”
